Ashley Johns Hinder, LCSW

Ashley Johns Hinder is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been helping individuals heal from anxiety and OCD since 2018. She has a passion for supporting people who have had to keep their fear, pain and experiences inside to not cause conflict or be a burden. She understands how hard it can be to ask for help and also how relieving it feels to finally let it out. Her role is to help you process your life experiences in a gentle and impartial space. Helping you shine light on your true self and live an intentional life; free, healthy and happy.

With 14+ years experience in the social work field, Ashley is an expert in guiding your self-exploration by incorporating I-CBT, ERP, acceptance, meditation and body work (SE) to enhance your connection with yourself and your life. You are the expert in yourself. She collaborates with you to use interventions best suited for your experiences and needs to begin building confidence and consistency to create change.
